The following GBC simultaneously contain statutory information on your rights according to the regulations on agreements for remote sales and electronic business transactions.

§ 1 Scope of validity

Your online orders are exclusively conducted under the provisions of the GBC of laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH. Deviating regulations require written consent.

§ 2 Contracting parties

§ 3 Conclusion of contract

1. Our specifications about on the products in pamphlets and in the online shop are subject to change: they do not represent a legally binding proposal, but rather a request for the issuance of an order.

2. All suggestions, tips and product descriptions in pamphlets and in the online shop were prepared with great care. We reserve the right to make changes. With the appearance of a new brochure or new particulars on the website of laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH, all previous pamphlets and particulars lose their validity.

3. When the order form provided on our website is successfully sent to us, you are making a binding proposal. You make the binding order when you have entered all particulars during the ordering process and ultimately send the order form to us by pressing the button "Send order". The purchase contract between you and laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH only exists as of our shipping the ordered goods to you. Up to this time, we especially have the right to refrain from delivering the offered goods in case of unavailability.

§ 4 Right of revocation

Consumers (Art.13 BGB = German Civil Code) have an exclusive statutory right of revocation.

As consumers, you can revoke our contractual acceptance within two weeks in written form (e.g. by letter, fax, e-mail), without specification of reasons, or by the return of the goods, if already received before that time.

The time period begins upon receipt of this instruction in written form, however not before arrival of the goods at the recipient location and also not before the performance of our duty to inform according to Art. 312c Section 2 BGB in connection with Art. 1 Section 1, 2 and 4 BGB - InfoV as well as our obligations according to Art. 312 e Section 1 Clause 1 BGB  in connection with Art. 3 BGB - InfoV.

Consequences of revocation: in the event of an effective revocation, the mutual received goods/performance are to be returned and possibly enjoyed usage (e.g. advantage of use) is to be released. If you cannot refund us the received goods/performance entirely or partially or only in deteriorated condition, you must compensate us commensurately. For the transfer of tangible goods, this does not apply if the deterioration of the object can be exclusively attributed to their examination – such examination as would for instance been possible to conduct in the retail shop. For all remaining eventualities, you can avoid the obligation for commensurate value replacement for the resulting deterioration of the object by not using the object as if it were your own property and refraining from everything that would impair its value.

Tangible goods which can be sent as packages are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the object to be returned does not exceed 40€ or in the event of a higher price of the object, you have not yet executed the recompense or a partial performance thereof as contractually agreed upon at the time of the revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. We will collect materials from you that are not transportable in a package. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be satisfied within 30 days. The time period for you begins with the dispatch of your revocation declaration or the object and for us with its receipt.

§ 5 Prices and shipping costs

In case not otherwise noted, all cited prices are given inclusive of the statutory value added tax and exclusive of shipping costs. In addition to the specified prices, we calculate shipping costs for delivery inside and outside of Germany.

Shipping costs in Germany (standard delivery): 4.05€

European Union, Switzerland, Worldwide: on inquiry.

Orders above an order value of 100€ are shipped within Germany free of charge.

The shipping costs are communicated to you clearly by the shopping basket system and once again on the purchase page.

§ 6 Delivery

1. The goods are as a rule ready for shipment at the latest on the working day following receipt of your order. To the extent it is not otherwise agreed upon, the delivery takes place from stock within one to four working days, depending on the place of delivery, to the delivery address specified by the purchaser. The transportation risks are borne by Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH.

2. If the ordered product cannot be punctually delivered, we will inform you immediately. In such a case you are free to wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. On cancellation, already provided payments are immediately reimbursed.

§ 7 Payment

1. Alternatively, you can pay your order from Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH by invoice or by bank collection. Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH reserves the right to exclude certain payment types or the pre-payment type employed in individual cases. For orders outside of Germany, we always collect pre-payment.

2. For payment on account, you are obligated to settle the invoice amount within 30 days upon receipt of the goods. We request that you remit the invoice amount to the following account: Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH, Raiffeisenbank-Donauwoerth, Acct. No.: 3056040 BLZ (bank code): 72290100. Under "Reason for payment" in the transfer, please enter your invoice number. For payment by bank collection, the debiting takes place approx. 10 days after the billing date.

3. You only have a right to offset any costs if your counterclaims are determined by law to be legally binding or were acknowledged by us in writing. You are only authorized to exercise a right of retention to the extent that your counterclaim is based on the same agreement relationship.

§ 8 Reservation of ownership

The goods remain our property until complete payment.

§ 9 Data protection

All customer data are stored and processed by Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH exclusively in observation of the pertinent data protection laws. Especially personal data is exclusively collected, stored and employed for the purposes of processing a goods order, or in the event of your explicit consent. We preserve personal data no longer than absolutely necessary.

At any time you have the right of information about data stored concerning you, as well as a right of correction, blocking and deletion of your stored data by Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH. You can relate your demand by e-mail to

We do not give personal data to third parties. Excluded from this are the service partners of Laboratory SOLUNA Heilmittel GmbH which require the transfer of  data for order processing. In such cases, however, the extent of the transmitted data is strictly confined to the required minimum.

§ 10 Choice of law, effectiveness

1. German law is valid to the exclusion of UN purchase law.

2. If one or several provisions prove to be invalid, then the effectiveness of the remaining provisions is not affected.
